Avoid. They had rats run around the cellar, the rats eat bread and crawl on the food and it is still served. You never follow the subway protocol. Very dirty. They are so cheap, the owner gives you less meat than the necessary underground minimum. The owner there even tells the staff to serve the ends of tomatoes and onions. In my opinion, Subway should focus on enhancing their bread. I find it a bit too soft for my liking. I would much rather have an Italian bread with a crispy crust and a moist inside that won’t get soggy from the oil and vinegar. Furthermore, the bread is rather thin. I also feel that the sandwiches are overpriced, and the cost of the soda is unreasonably high.
This restaurant has a fantastic location right next to the MTA N/W lines. The service is quick and friendly. There are a few tables available for a quick meal, but it can get a bit cramped during busy hours. If you're in a hurry, it's best to order ahead.
I ordered from Subway and was delighted to discover a nice note wishing me a "have a great day" included with my delivery. It's refreshing to see such kindness from people. Overall, I would rate this experience a perfect 5 out of 5!

I was treated well and respected. Guy with black glasses and subway cap is very professional. He even roasted my cookies. Such a nice and humble person. I have not seen rats or cats
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went there with my son, and the sales girl only put a small amount of beef in my sandwich and very little turkey in my son's.
The veggie delight at this restaurant was tasty, but it could have benefited from a bit more mayonnaise and vinaigrette dressing. Aside from that, it was quite enjoyable.

This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. It took 25 minutes for them to prepare my sandwich, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Absolutely ridiculous!
