Subway - Réservation de table

This place is awful! I attempted to redeem my pretzel coupon at Auntie Anne's the other day, but they refused to accept it. They kept insisting that they are part of Subway, but there is an Auntie Anne's right next door, so they should honor the coupon. Instead, they refused. The staff here are rude, and this isn't my first encounter with them. I usually try to be understanding, having worked in the industry myself, but the employees here are just unfriendly and seem unhappy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This isn't one of the better locations. I requested my sandwich to be warmed in the microwave instead of toasted, but I ended up with an ice-cold steak and cheese. I also ordered two lemonade iced cookies, which I had heard were great, but they turned out to be hard and crispy. This is the first time I've gotten a cookie from Subway that wasn't soft, fresh, and chewy. The staff seemed eager to rush me through my order even though they weren't busy at the time.

I usually don't complain about the subway because I'm use to their methods. Today i went and the guy was extra conservative with the meat. He literally gave me 2 scoops of tuna on my foot long. And then when I said well how much for double and he does the same. Gives me tiny scoops. So I said you're really skimping me out of the meat, he laughs. So I let him fix the whole sandwich and then walked away. Don't go here horrible service.

VERY, VERY DIRTY! WE HAD TO USE OUR OWN WIPES TO CLEAN THE TABLE WHERE WE ATE! NOT VERY CLEAN BEHIND THE COUNTER EITHER ???? ???????????? THE FLOOR WAS A STICKY MESS. I COULD SEE IF THEY WERE BUSY, BUT THERE WAS ONLY FOUR PEOPLE IN THERE! NOT GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION. Réservez une table maintenant

I?m leaving a one star rating because I can?t leave a zero star but the lady in the restaurant yelled at me because I used the restroom without buying anything, she told to go somewhere else which I?m gladly taking my business somewhere else for now on when I need a sub.

They really need to fix their credit card machine. My charge of $7.94 was declined, and I was told to wait because the machine was slow. I waited for about ten minutes, and after another customer used the machine without any issues, I decided to pay with cash.

Got my order wrong 3 times and then charged me for the wrong sandwich. The server and cashier could not understand English well. Had to speak slowly and louder than comfortable. Food was okay, but experience was absolutely frustrating.

Always rude and disrespectful! The dude with a bald head especially disrespectful and treats staff rude. Never gives receipt. This place should be closed down or remodeled as they don?t even have the juice drinks running. Réservez une table maintenant
