If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. There was smoking inside, which is unacceptable. I ordered online, as I usually do, but when I arrived, there were two employees chatting while one person ahead of me was just starting to order a sandwich. I was told to wait for that person, which seemed strange. While I waited, the employees continued their conversation, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting for my pre-paid sandwiches. When I finally got home, one order was completely wrong, and the other had plastic in the sandwich! I would not recommend this Subway to anyone.
The staff at the Subway in Centerville, MD, are amazing! Every Friday when my friends and I go in for lunch, they already know what we want—there's no need for me to even say a word. The restaurant is always clean, and they consistently have freshly brewed tea and delicious cookies ready for us. I've visited other Subway locations, but none compare to the Centerville one.

You know me well here. I'm probably the only one who uses the mobile ordering feature in the app, and my food is always ready when I arrive. You even recognize when I order something off the standard menu. I really appreciate the staff; they're fantastic. I wish I knew the name of the girl I often see. Overall, it's a great location!
The food is generally quite good, and the staff is wonderful. However, I had a disappointing experience today. Once again, the sweet tea wasn’t sweet, and while the raspberry cheesecake cookie had potential flavor-wise, it didn’t look appetizing and tasted terrible. I think I’ll just stick to chips for now.
