I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The employee, Nicole, was very angry and was slamming things around, which made the elderly customers visibly nervous and scared. It was so uncomfortable that they left, and I decided to leave as well. I have no desire to return, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Nicole, who is supposed to be an assistant manager, clearly lacks any people skills. She comes across as intimidating while serving unappetizing food. Additionally, I've noticed that she, like some of the other staff, tends to take more than she should. This place is truly shameful, and I will never eat here again. One star is a good rating. I am not sure when employees were allowed to wear shorts and no hat, esp when the shorts have butterfly’s all over them, no name tag now uniform shirt, just a plain black shirt. I just walked in and immediately disliked the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant, so I walked right back out. I absolutely won’t be returning; it gave me a really unpleasant feeling. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
