I visit this restaurant at least once a month primarily because it's the closest option to my home. However, I've been disappointed with my recent experiences. When I place orders through the app and request extra toppings or extra meat, they are consistently missing from my sandwiches. While it wouldn’t be an issue if it were complimentary, each sandwich costs an extra $3 for these additions, and we usually order four. I raised my concerns just yesterday, and the staff member informed me that she couldn't help but would have the manager call me back. It’s now 3 PM, and I still haven’t heard anything. Disappointed. Have gotten several sandwiches from here. This week I have ordered more than normal with the BOGO deal. Today I ordered online 2 sandwich and they still managed to messed it up. It stated very clearly one sandwich was to have meat, lettuce, olives, cucumber....That's it! No cheese... No mayo. My daughter is very picky about this. We opened it and there was no olives no cucumbers had cheese and mayo with salt and pepper..... I would think one could read and get an order correct. I live 20 minutes away so I was unable to go back and my daughter ended up eating an uncrustable.
February 19, 2024: I had a wonderful experience with the tuna salad sub, which paired perfectly with Lays Sour Cream and Onion chips. The sandwich was excellent! As for accessibility, there are two handicap parking spots right by the entrance, making it convenient for those in wheelchairs.
I went into Subway with two of my friends to order a Footlong Subway Club and they had no meat for it. How the hell do you not have meat for your subs? Like jesus you had one job. Worst Subway ever will not be going back.

Place is filthy. Bread was undercooked. Random employees from gas station making own sandwiches with no ppe and touching food. They need a health inspection asap.

Krys was absolutely a delight and wrapped our sandwich halves separately and let us sample the new sauce. Amazing customer
This place appeared closed 20 minutes early. The front door was locked. Had to access via the convenient store attached.
