The other I went during my lunch, I believe it was teju when I grabbed my cup to get my soda, they were all stuck together and two of them fell, I picked them up to throw them away when I was about to , teju told me to stop and hand them over , when I did he yelled at me asking me why was I about to throw them away he yelled at me in his tongue, and grabbed a new package and put the two dirty cups and placed them in first that fell on the ground) ,he saw them fall into the ground and continued to yell.
Stopped in to order two sandwiches , the man who waited on me was not courteous and very impatient. Acted like he was doing me a favor and not grateful for the business. When I got home the subs were for the first time so disappointing. Bread tasted stale-very dry. Subs ingredients were missing something and seemed very skimpy. Next time I think I will go to Jimmy John's around the corner. Maybe you should too ?
this place is CHEAP on veggies and anything discretionary. the tuna scoops were light. the spinach leafs were a couple, the tomatoes sad. you get the picture. I know subway is not the place to get a 5 star sub but this subway, no. Go to the brickyard or diverse and Harlem subway if you really want one. this one is cutting corners. listen to the reviews. they are not wrong.
I enjoy visiting this Subway and come here frequently, but I'm not a fan of their policy on not accepting coupons. I actually used to work here, and I remember having to learn how to prepare the tuna properly. The menu was quite challenging to memorize. Plus, the lunch breaks were just 15 minutes! That said, it's still a typical Subway, and the staff is always friendly.
