I had an unfortunate experience with one staff member when I asked to swap mayonnaise for guacamole, fully aware that there would be an extra charge. Instead of accommodating my request, the employee responded unprofessionally and seemed irritated. She kept insisting on bringing my order to the cashier's attention, highlighting that I had both bacon and guacamole, as if I were trying to exploit the situation. I eventually had to step in and inform her that her role in serving us was complete and that the cashier would take care of everything else. Overall, her behavior was quite rude and overly dramatic.
Throughout the process, my daughter and I exchanged looks, sensing that the staff was in a bad mood. Another lady asked if I wanted any vegetables, holding onto them while the first employee carelessly scattered the meat on the flatbread. Eventually, I got frustrated and told her to forget it; I didn’t want the flatizza anymore. I simply wished them a better day and left. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear that this place doesn’t deliver a great experience. I think I’ll stick to my regular Subway on South Highland, where the service is great.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite my instructions for the sandwich to have just a small amount of sauce, they drenched it, making it completely inedible. I hadn't eaten in 24 hours and was really looking forward to it, but it was like trying to eat a slushie without a container. When I brought this up, they offered to remake the sandwich, but it turned out to be just as unappetizing. I won't be returning! I paid nearly $10 for a sandwich and a drink, and it was nothing but a mess.
I was treated poorly by one employee because I asked to sub mayo for guacamole. Even tho I said I know there's a charge. Then employee got bent outta shape about it instead of just adding like I asked. Then she continued to go on and on with the tendingrep at the register. She kept reminding the rep that I had bacon and guacamole as of I ate gonna steal it. I had to tell her,her job with us was done and the rep had out from there. Just rude and dramatic.

It is ok. I only like when Romeo fix my food because he's great. He is fast and he knows how to keep your ingredients on the bread vs falling out of it like most subways do. His bread is always soft and not hard like the majority of them are. He should teach all subway employees from every location on creating a sandwich. This is the subway on Kirby in the shopping center. It's next door to krogers.
Wow. This used to be one of the better Subways, but that's no longer the case. The staff appeared indifferent, the sandwiches were messy, and there were no napkins available. We spent $60 and felt like they were eager for us to leave. We won't be returning.
The staff member was exceptional and remarkably fast. The service was top-notch. He managed a difficult customer with great respect.
The staff was welcoming and the food was fresh. Unfortunately, they didn't accept any Subway coupons for some reason.

They got my order wrong, but they were really friendly about making a new one. The service was truly excellent!
I dnt where the manager is but something needs to be done. They seem stressed and like they dnt wana be there.
