Driving home to Richmond, VA..my son got hungry so we exited and stopped at this subway. Their hours say they close at 9pm in a Friday. We had plenty time. They closed 15-20mins early and refused to make my son a simple turkey sandwich because they said they didn’t feel like doing anything for anyone anymore. There’s nothing else open around here besides McDonald’s and BK, which he doesn’t eat due to it making him feel sick. People are so damn lazya child just wanted a sandwich for dinner on this long ride home. It would be ideal for them to stop false advertising their hours. I had never encountered any problems at this location until recently. I want to emphasize that the food and service are both quite good. However, I noticed that online it states they close at 9 PM on Saturdays, but when I arrived at 8:25 PM, everything was already full, and I was informed that they actually close at 8:30 PM. This has happened to me twice now; they have closed earlier than the time listed online.

I've had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. Every time I place an order, they seem to be out of the items I want. It also takes a long time to receive a refund, which has happened to me twice now. All I really want is my food!

It's a gas station subway. Dirty, restrooms well might need a doctor's visit afterwards. Just a lot of traffic in and out most of it gas station customers. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
