My family and I don’t dine out often, especially at fast food restaurants. We stopped by for a quick lunch around noon and ordered three footlong subs. Since it was raining, I was surprised to learn that they don’t offer the rainy day special because it’s a franchise, and it’s up to the owner to decide whether to provide it. There was no line, and the service was quick, but they didn’t offer to toast the bread, which my son specifically wanted. The sign clearly indicates that the restaurant closes at 10 PM. I arrived at 9:45 PM, and while the "open" signs were still lit and everything appeared ready for business, an employee was locking the front door. When I approached, she turned around and told me they were closed. A customer had just walked out through another door right before I arrived, which made the situation even more confusing. The employee, HONNEY DÍAZ, insisted that they were closing at 9:45 and refused to take my order. If the official closing time is 10 PM, why are they shutting down early?
I ordered two tuna melts and a turkey sub. The staff seemed either inexperienced or a bit disorganized, as they kept bumping into each other and appeared unsure of their surroundings. Both my husband and I ended up with food poisoning from the tuna, while our daughter seemed to be fine after eating her turkey sandwich. Unfortunately, it’s likely that we won’t be coming back to this location.
The señoras were trying to charge me double pepperoni because they can’t substitute salami for bacon. I don’t want double nothing. They had some horrible service accusing me of just trying to get a discount. I never even talk about prices but the woman started saying it’s going to be charged double, she brought it up.BEWARE !!Just go to the one on mission

The restaurant is consistently clean and enjoyable. However, I've noticed that the same two employees who used to work there for a long time are no longer around. Instead, there are new staff members who do an adequate job, but they often seem like they'd rather be elsewhere.
I walked in and wasn't greeted. A girl named Rubi, who had a very unpleasant attitude, helped me. She rushed me while I was ordering and seemed annoyed when I asked for extra mayo. She was really rude and unfriendly. If she doesn't like the job, she should consider leaving.
The Pomona location offered excellent service! Even though I live closer to the Ramona/Riverside location, I've experienced poor service there every time I've visited. Great job, Pomona!
This Pomona location was definitely the best. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and the customer service was excellent. The employees were friendly and helpful.
