Yelp needs a 0 stars option because of places like this. I'm a local and used to come to this location because it's convenient. There was a manager, a short lady with short hair, before who was kind to every person that walked through the door. It's sad to say I'll be making the drive to other locations or even waiting to one near work in Encino. 0 customer service. The lady with the tattoos in her hands doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge customers, and doesn't care if one comes back or not.
The staff at the restaurant were busy chatting while a long line of customers was building up, and they didn’t seem concerned at all. Meanwhile, the manager was occupied cleaning and restocking dressings instead of addressing the queue. Although there were enough employees present to assist customers, it was clear that the manager was not effectively managing the situation.
Visiting this Subway location was a great experience thanks to Tiffany, my sandwich artist. She prepared a delicious Italian BMT with care, respect, and a fantastic attitude. She used the perfect amount of ingredients and expertly wrapped my sandwich. The evening was pleasantly quiet, and the store's convenient location next to my favorite Home Depot made it even better!
Going to this location was pleasant only because my sandwich artist named Tiffany made me a really good Italian BMT with love, respectful, great attitude and made my sandwich with just the right amount of ingredients and cut it like a pro, not to mentiona solid wrap to go. The restaurant was not clean, the staff was unfriendly, and I felt rushed to complete my order. My experience was very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Both the employees and management should consider retraining for their food handling licenses, as their approach to food safety and cleanliness was quite unprofessional.
