The restaurant was exceptionally clean. When I arrived in the afternoon, it appeared as if it had just opened. Everything looked fresh and well-maintained. The Prep Board was cleaned after each sandwich and the staff consistently washed their hands. The floors were also spotless, despite the rainy weather outside. The bread was delicious, the service was quick and friendly. This may be my favorite hidden gem in town.
