Very impressively clean. I came in the afternoon and it looked like it was just open. Nothing in this case saw slim, or old or confused, only extremely fresh. After each sandwich, the Prep Board was cleaned well and the staff washes the hands a lot. Even the floors were very clean, despite the rainy days and wet shoes. Bread seemed extra good, service was fast and friendly. Probably my favorite underground location.
