I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience during my lunch break. There’s no rating that can adequately capture how awful this place is. The staff is incredibly disrespectful and biased. An employee, number 10191, at the San Lorenzo location refused to prepare my sandwich the way I requested and treated customers of her own race differently. I had to address her attitude, and she left without properly packing my items. I later had to return to the store to collect the rest of my order. I will never choose to spend my money here again. My experience was so disappointing that I couldn’t even enjoy my sandwich during my break. Truly frustrating.
When she greeted a customer behind me, who was of the same race as her, in a noticeably different manner, I couldn't remain silent. I addressed her attitude, and in response, she left my order improperly bagged. This forced me to return to the store to collect the rest of my items. I will never spend my money here again. My experience was so disappointing that I couldn't even enjoy my sandwich during my lunch break, which was the only thing I had. I'm very dissatisfied.
I meet friends in this lovely place quite a bit! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I visit this spot at least once a month. The food is very good, the staff is helpful and the price is reasonable. I like being in this restaurant over a good meal.
The restaurant is quite stingy when it comes to vegetables. It's frustrating to get a footlong Subway sandwich with just two pickles. Even if you ask for more, they won’t add any extras.

I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my appetizer! There was no greeting when I arrived, and my "thank you" went unacknowledged.

Great service and food. The lady at the counter was patient and did a great job! Probably, the best Subway in the Bay!

This Subway location is not worth the price. I paid extra for more meat, but I ended up with more spinach than steak.
Smaller portions for protein bowl, but fast and friendly service.
