I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman who served me overcharged me on my simple order and was rude when I tried to explain that the posted price was $7 per dozen cookies, but she charged me $13 as if it were a price per cookie. I managed to speak to the manager, who assured me that she would refund me. However, when I returned, the manager was gone and had left only $7 instead of the $13, which was in accordance with the pricing. I couldn't reach her for clarification, and I never received a call back. Because of this experience, I would rather drive 25 minutes further to avoid this restaurant in the future.
