I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since I was placing large orders for multiple days for a big group. I opted for takeout for lunch, and each meal was reasonably priced, between $10 and $20 per person. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Cold Cut Combo and the Black Forest Ham Sandwich!
The managers and owners are exceptionally kind. The service is always excellent. One time, I found a screw in my Flatizza, and when I brought it up with Harry, the manager, he quickly took care of the situation, even though he wasn't in the office at that moment. He issued a refund and kindly offered me a complimentary meal. I will definitely continue to come back to this Subway. Thank you, Harry!
The women working there in the morning had a negative attitude. When I requested the woman making my sandwich to push the contents inside after I opened it, she outright refused. As a result, the sandwich ended up spilling all over the paper. I certainly won't be coming back here. It seems like the staff isn't putting in any effort.
