I work for DoorDash, and I've noticed an issue at this Subway location. The staff needs to be trained to prepare orders in the order they are received rather than waiting to serve everyone inside the store first. Online orders deserve the same attention as in-person orders, as they are also your customers. This happens regularly, and it affects the service.
A new employee was training another newcomer, and the more experienced guy seemed so stressed that he didn’t even greet us while he was trying to figure out how to prepare the sandwich. The bread was stale, and my friend's sandwich was burnt even though it wasn't supposed to be toasted. The toppings were meager, and I really felt sorry for the employees.
I'm on a low carb diet, so I'm eating subway 5 days a week.. (wrap).. I have been comparing subways in my area. Talk about being stingy.. most of the times is not the employee but the owner who give orders to be stingy. They lose one customer today.,next they'll loose the franchise if they don't change. Clean and fast service.
This is the second time I've placed an online order at this location through the Subway website, and each time I've arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the staff has no idea that an order was made. I'm not sure if the system needs updating or if the staff requires better training, but Subway needs to address this issue! Réservez une table maintenant
