A visit to Baldwin wouldn't be complete without a stop at this restaurant. The staff is outstanding—extremely kind and courteous! They truly go above and beyond compared to any other Subway I've visited. The establishment is spotless. The team in Baldwin answered all my questions and made our sandwiches with great care and precision. The bathrooms were also clean, and all the toppings were fresh. The touch screen was malfunctioning, but we managed to place our order, pull up, and pay. However, the total we were given was different from the amount displayed on the screen when we ordered. We didn't receive our drinks or the chips that were supposed to come with our combo meals. The staff then charged us again for the missing items, but added a water that we didn't order. We returned the water and requested the fountain drink we had just paid for, but the staff attempted to charge us again. Overall, the service was very poor; our total came to over $22 for an $18 order. I will not be returning to this Subway again.
I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant if you value timely and accurate orders. I made a reservation for 5:45, but my sandwiches didn’t arrive until 6:05, and two of them were incorrect. They were neither toasted nor did they have the right ingredients or cheese. It didn't seem like they were short on staff, as there were four employees working that night. To avoid the hassle, you might be better off going to Culver's or McDonald's instead.
The ladies who were working were fantastic. I lost my receipt and unfortunately can’t remember their names. The woman at the subway counter did an excellent job, and the store cashier was also wonderful. Both provided exceptional customer service, demonstrating true Southern hospitality and professionalism. I visited on Thursday, September 7th, around 1:30 PM.

I've attempted to give this Subway several chances because I know that mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, the drive-thru is often not operating, and they consistently forget items from my order. Today, they were out of fountain drinks, and my order was incorrect. If possible, I suggest choosing a different Subway instead of this one. Service: Takeout.
3 kids meals, 2 of them missing cookies, one missing a bag of chips. Footlong steak and cheese was supposed to be toasted, it was not. Not worth my drive to go back there. Ridiculous!
