During my visit to Subway on the evening of June 8, 2023, I noticed a staff member at the meat and cheese counter who seemed a bit socially distant. He interacted with me only to take my sandwich order and didn't engage in any small talk. While I understand the importance of staying focused on the job, a bit of friendly conversation would have been nice, especially since we were interacting face to face. On the other hand, the cashier was very warm and chatty, which made my experience much more enjoyable.
To further add to my frustration, I was told that they wouldn’t refund my money. Instead, they offered me a complimentary sandwich on another day. I pointed out that it doesn’t really seem like a “free” sandwich when I’ve already paid for something they can’t provide and refuse to refund. The young man I spoke with was courteous and explained that he was just following company policy and needed to take the ringing phone. My advice? Find your meal elsewhere. I’m currently at Jimmy John’s instead.
On July 13, 2023, at 1:47 PM, a staff member with piercings and colorful hair was noticeably rude and rushed me through the line. They appeared to assemble my sandwiches carelessly and handled them roughly. I definitely do not recommend this location.
It appeared that there was only one staff member working today, but he was extremely efficient. He made three footlong sandwiches for me, and I was in and out in about 5 or 6 minutes. He did a wonderful job, and the food was excellent. Thank you!

The restaurant is nice and clean, with a friendly staff. Subway used to be affordable, but it no longer offers great value for money. I'm curious how much longer we Americans will tolerate these increasingly high food prices.
This was my first visit to this Subway location, and I was impressed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very polite. The sandwich I ordered was excellent!
Although there were three employees on duty, I was the only customer waiting, and it took approximately six minutes before someone came to take my order.
We loved our sandwiches, drinks, and chips—it was all delicious! The two guys serving us were really generous.

The manager is friendly, and we really enjoy chatting with him. The food is consistently great.
