If it weren't for the original Subway flavor that I crave, I wouldn't visit this location. It's shocking that you still have to remind employees to wash their hands. I understand if they’re in the kitchen making sandwiches, but seeing someone sitting on a crate in the back, touching their face, and then approaching me for help is unacceptable. Before asking what I need, please wash your hands first. When you greet me, you should be at the handwashing sink right away. During your downtime, consider cleaning the production area so that when the next rush comes, you're ready and don’t end up putting unwanted items on customers' sandwiches. This place definitely needs better sanitation training.

Absolutely terrible. Went in to grab my daughter a kids meal. They advertise a sub, applesauce and milk for $5.99. I ordered the kids meal very explicitly, therefor the sub they made was tiny (as expected) they then tried to charge me over $8.50 for the meal. I said ?your sign says 5.99?. I was told that was for the sub only and the milk and applesauce were extra. The teeny tiny sub!!! I couldn?t believe it. We walked out with nothing and went to qdoba where you got a quesadilla, applesauce,rice,beans, and milk for $5.50! Save yourself the headache and just start with qdoba!
Clear and accurate information can help avoid confusion for customers. It's not ideal to present three different prices that don't correspond when selecting bread or wraps. There should be a note or a word from staff informing customers that the spinach wrap is only available for larger orders before they place their order. I’m really fed up with Subway. I've visited four different Subway locations in Maryland, and it seems like none of the staff understand English well. If this is the case, how can they effectively address our complaints in the United States?

Clear and accurate information will keep anyone from going crazy. It is not in your best interest to put up three different prices that are not equivalent when you choose the bread or the wrap. There needs to be something notated that says or you needto tell someone before they order the spinach wrap that is only available on the larger orders. I am really done with Subway. Ihave been to four different Subways in Maryland and they all don't understand English. So how can they handle our complaints, inthe United States.
The manager proudly claimed that, as a private owner, she can charge more for a regular salad than other places. However, they really need to pay more attention to sanitation! Bowls were left upside down, exposed to dust and debris, and there seems to be a lack of care when it comes to using gloves—some are handling food and then working the register. I have no desire to return there again.
The food was great and fresh. However, I felt for the woman who was training a new employee who had limited English skills. It would be more effective for her to be trained by someone who speaks her language, especially since there are staff members who can communicate in it. Aside from that, everything else was good.
The lady who works there Saturday mornings is so awesome! She handles everything by herself. I got The Monster and modified with a change in bread and cheese. Please do yourself a favor and get that sub! yummy ooof ???? ????

The sandwich was great, but the customer service was terrible. The older woman with glasses who assisted me was quite unfriendly and made me feel like I was a significant burden just for being there.
This restaurant is definitely worth checking out. They offer generous portions at reasonable prices. The place is always clean and has a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
