I placed an online order for four sandwiches, but when I arrived to pick them up, they weren't ready. I was informed that they required ID to be shown before preparing the sandwiches. This completely undermines the convenience of online ordering if you have to prove your identity before they start making your food. I also mentioned that I often send my husband or kids to pick up orders, and I asked what would happen if I hadn’t been there myself. Their reply was simply, "I don't know," which is entirely unacceptable. I plan to contact corporate to find out if this is now a standard practice, as this is the first time I've encountered such an issue.
