If your restaurant's policy is to close the bathrooms, it should be clearly communicated, preferably with a sign. I came in to order a sub late at night and while they were making it I was speaking to another person in line and instead if asking me what toppings I wanted the employee wrapped up the sub and said here it?s done. I asked employee if he can put some chipotle sauce on it, he replied to me that he already did. I unwrapped a sandwich, there was no sauce on it and employee did agree to put sauce on it. The staff needs to be more attentive. One employee wasn’t rude, but he kept talking about his shifts and cursing, even though there were kids present in the restaurant. It took quite a while for anyone to come out from the back, and they didn’t even acknowledge us. A lady came in, filled up a cup with ice and soda, and then left without a word. I understand that there might have been issues, but the employees didn’t communicate anything. Overall, the experience was unremarkable; the sandwiches were just average. The food prep areas appeared clean, but I should mention that the bathrooms were out of order.

Generally, it's a nice spot to take a break if you need to use the restroom, as you can grab a small dish while you're there. The staff is welcoming and the food is delicious. A few years back, I experienced frequent stomach issues after eating here, but I haven’t had any problems during my recent visits, especially when trying their meatball sub. It seems like it's safe to enjoy again, so I'll give it another shot.
I absolutely love this subway, it?s quick in and out service. They let me sit, relax, and charge my phone as long as I wear a mask at my table. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude to my wife. The worker didn't have a name badge so it figures she'd be rude. Kept saying disrespectful comments to her co workers while she was in the restroom. GM should fire her in my opinion. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I have ordered from this subway twice. Once through their app, the second though Uber eats. Each time they always mess up the order, and never put the sauces on. Thought it was just a one time thing, but obviously they do not read the orders fully. Verydisappointed.
