Subway - Réservation de table

I entered the restaurant and requested to use the bathroom before placing my order. I was told that I had to order and pay before using the bathroom, even though there was only one person at the checkout counter. I started to order my sandwich and asked again for the bathroom code, explaining that I was already in the process of ordering. The staff member insisted that I had to be checked out first. I agreed to pay for my order first, then return to finish ordering. After some back and forth, the staff member finally allowed me to pay so that I could use the bathroom. It is not ideal to make a paying customer wait to access the facilities.

The majority of the employees are quick and efficient, especially the girl who makes great sandwiches. However, during one visit, an employee gave me a disappointing experience by lazily claiming they were out of meatball subs. I suspect they were just being lazy and didn't want to work. This employee was overweight and seemed lazy, but luckily this was not a common occurrence. On my next visit, everything was back to being great.

Easily one of the weirdest subways I’ve been to. Walked in and no acknowledgement, guy put gloves on and I thought he was going to welcome me and ask for my order, no worker just started a mobile order without even a hello I’ll be with you in a little. Stood there for a solid 5 minutes with more awkward silence and just decided to place the order online. Made the order fine I guess just really lacking customer service.

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. The service was extremely rude, the atmosphere was dirty, and the bread was stale. Additionally, they do not accept subway coupons that are sent in the mail. Instead, I suggest going to the Subway on Federal and 72nd. The staff there is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious. It's worth the extra four-minute drive. Réservez une table maintenant

I walked in and immediately I was greaterd by a staff member by the name Melissa. She was very pleasant and helpful. Now if I was manager here in Thornton I would offer her employment at my store but unfortunately I'm in Brighton. Thumbs up to her great customer service she is a needle in a hay stack.

Just save your self a bad time. And go somewhere else.Staff here doesn’t know what manners are extremely rude the cashier older lady was the my main reason why decided to make this review that lady needs to know when to stop talking.

The staff is friendly, but they often miss supplying the chips that customers have ordered. They should consider updating their online ordering system to ensure customer satisfaction.

The waitress was kind, but clearly not cut out for a fast-paced environment. Despite repeating my husband's sandwich order three times, it still wasn't made correctly. Réservez une table maintenant

They are so stingy with the meat and toppings, don't bother going there. It's definitely not worth it.
