Subway - Réserver une table

Ordered 4 Sandwiches for pick up (to be picked up by a relative). They only ended up giving me 3. I called back and the manager Jonathan had the audacity to tell me either I can go drive back to go pick it up (15 min drive from home) or get a refund but ONLY if I return one of the other sandwiches because I used a BOGO offer. Me using a coupon has nothing to do with the error he made thus now making me have to drive all the way back to pick up my 4th sandwich that they failed to pack for pickup.This location is garbage.

I know that it is difficult when the customer observes the preparation, but try to easily go to the spicy and then increase when asked. even if the customer asks for water/a cup of water, please clarify them and calculate them not only for a kombi or a bottled water! other than this: large, polite service.
