The service was excellent, the lady who served me was very friendly and the food was prepared with love. The ONLY DOWNCONVENIENCE was that they now covered the trays where we could see the meats and the state they were in and I understand that it is supposedly so that the cold does not exhaust and keep it at a more stable temperature but at least make it transparent or in some way that can be opened or closed. The experience of preparing your Subway is being able to see all the ingredients that you will put in it.
I just left this location after standing in front of three people working and not one of them took the time to acknowledge myself or my daughter standing there for a good 3 minutes. They were all doing something but there was no hello,we will be with you in a few nothing there was just eye contact made despite us being the only one's in there.. No customer service at all!!! I just left.
I frequently place online orders at this restaurant to take advantage of the specials, which I always enjoy. The only issue I've encountered so far is that they tend to skimp on the ham, turkey, or chicken in their sandwiches. I often feel like I've ordered a veggie sandwich with just a small amount of turkey. This Subway location could definitely improve in this area.
Should they consider changing their hours? I recently visited Subway at 8:57pm on January 13, 2024, only to find all their doors locked despite the open sign being displayed. It seems like they may have changed their closing time from 10pm to 9pm.

Rude ! Rude! The woman who helped me did not want to unwrap my sandwich because I wanted to add something . She was very annoyed with me and she made it a point to show it. It was on rhursday around 12:00

The staff at this restaurant are inattentive and slow to take orders. They do not pay attention to specific sandwich instructions and appear indifferent to their job.
