I've ordered for a group of four people here for the second time in three months, and once again, I ran into issues. When I got to the register, I found out that their Subway gift card reader wasn’t working. To make matters worse, two people in my party wanted roast beef, which is no longer on the menu. What kind of sub shop doesn’t offer roast beef? I'm not coming back here again. I'm really disappointed.

I visited the restaurant to order a sandwich and specifically requested a 6-inch size. However, the employee at the counter accidentally prepared a footlong sandwich. When I pointed out the error, she became defensive and, rather than addressing my concerns, retreated to the back after I expressed my frustration with her attitude.
I am incredibly grateful for the staff at this Subway. The food and service were outstanding, and to top it all off, I accidentally left my purse there. Fortunately, the staff noticed it, retrieved it, and kept it safe until I could arrange for it to be shipped back to me. I truly appreciate this helpful and trustworthy team!
