I can't recommend this Subway location. My first visit was disappointing due to rude staff and an unclean environment. After learning new owners had taken over, I decided to give it another chance. I placed a curbside pickup order, was told it would take about 15 minutes, which was fine. I arrived on time and checked in, but no one came to assist me. After waiting an extra ten minutes, I went inside and found the counter empty. Eventually, an employee appeared and handed me my order, but said they were out of the drink and chips I had requested—something I wish I had been informed of earlier. To make matters worse, my food was burnt, missing cheese, and had very little lettuce. Save yourself...
Be sure to carefully check your receipt! I ordered a simple meatball marinara for $7 twice, but was charged $15 each time for a deluxe sub. The owner said the extra charge was for the cheese and bread, but my receipt clearly showed I was billed for a deluxe sandwich I never ordered. It was just a regular sub. This Subway location seems poorly managed and gives the impression it might be run by dishonest people.
I ordered online for in-store pickup using a coupon that provided a buy one sub, get one free offer. Just a heads up: not all Subway locations accept this coupon, and you might only discover that it’s not valid after placing your order, when you receive an email informing you that it has been canceled. As for the food, if you're in a rush and need a quick meal, it’s definitely a reliable option.
My experience at Subway was quite disappointing. The bread was soggy despite not adding any sauce. The bacon appeared unappetizing, and the chicken had a strange flavor that was off-putting. I will be searching for a better spot for my sandwiches.
