I understand that each Subway location has its unique quirks, and I appreciate that they hire younger staff. However, it's clear that proper training is needed. I ordered a chicken, bacon, and ranch salad through the drive-thru and was asked if I wanted everything on it. Assuming this meant the usual toppings for such a salad, I said yes. I couldn't have been more wrong; they piled on a mountain of every ingredient they had—pickles, jalapeños, olives, and more. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was horrible, and the staff seemed clueless about the new steak and cheese sub. I specifically asked for spinach instead of regular lettuce, but I received just the standard shredded lettuce. The employee also had no knowledge of the new seasoning options available. I definitely won’t be returning; this place feels like a joke, and the workers have bad attitudes.

I visited the restaurant today and told the staff that I wanted two different types of cheese with meat in the middle. However, she started putting the meat sauce on first, which I didn't want on the bread—I preferred the cheese on the meat instead. It was the worst Subway experience I've ever had, so I decided to leave. I had planned to dine in.
