I love subway, But not anymore! Today is July 8 2021 I went into the jenks subway with my sister at 5:00pm. Two individuals were on staff that I could see a young man and a woman with black hair. The young man was polite and cleaned his station. The woman though was impolite, messy, impatient, and straight up abandoned her coworker so she could run out and take a smoke! She completely skipped over my sister's sub and did not complete another. She threw ingredients back in random places, and did not clean her station unlike the other young man. And the woman behind us showed up with an online order that had not been filled. She was given the same treatment. During this time more and more cust...
Never going back to this location ever!! Been going to this location quite often and it seems as if they are having trouble finding good staff! I pulled up and the lady that was supposed to be behind the counter was outside talking to someone in a pickup truck..I walked in and waited for almost 5min and nothing, I could hear someone in that back so I said hello 4 times and nothing. As I was pulling away the lady outside finally noticed that I was there and she just continued with her conversation.
Service was horriblethe person was not happy at all he talked about the meat and how much he hates it then went to the veggies and they where all over the place what they actually had out!! Then he didn't even wrap my sandwiches right and puts them in the bag and then he drops my food on the floor(it didn't fall out though) no apology and hands it to me and walks off I love subway so needless to say this store was very disappointing!
Staff is usually pretty good at churning through customers fast enough. Everyone seems pretty competent. The food is always well made.My only complaint is that the tea machines have been broken for a number of weeks now. It's worth it to us to drive further away to get a sub with some tea, or see what Jersey Mike's is about.

I just left this restaurant and I was not disappointed! All the vegetables were fresh and filling, the bread was very soft, and the cookies were delicious! The staff was friendly and smiling the whole time. I will definitely be back!
The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and funny. The food tasted just as delicious as any other Subway, but what sets this place apart is the exceptional service from the staff.
I am in the position several times around 730 to 20 clocks, and they always seem closed when I go, but they are 9 clock to 9 clock with people in the work? Why is the lobby so early?
I’m never going back to this location!!! The staff who work there are quite disrespectful and it seems that they do not know how to deal with customers

The manager was extremely impolite to me! I will never return to this Subway. I just asked a simple question and she was very harsh towards me.
