I visited Subway for lunch today and was initially impressed by its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, I encountered two unfriendly staff members during my visit. I ordered a six-inch chicken teriyaki sandwich on white bread to take with me. Since my job is just two minutes away, I expected to enjoy it fresh, but when I opened the sandwich, I found the bread to be too hard and the chicken already cold. Although I ate it because I was hungry, I have no intention of returning. This is the only Subway location where I've experienced this problem with the menu.

went in today for my lunch break and at first, I liked the store, it was clean and welcoming but then I saw two ladies there and they looked annoyed being there, well anyways, I ordered a six-inch chicken teriyaki with white bread, so they are making my sandwich and I take it to go. my job is two minutes away and when I opened my sandwich, the bread was too hard and the chicken was already cold. I only finished the sandwich out of hunger but I will not come here again. it's the only subway that I?ve had this problem with.

The staff at this restaurant lacks basic customer service skills. I was denied access to the restroom without even being asked if I was a customer. The assumption that I was only there to use the restroom led me to not ordering anything or using the facilities. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Subway. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone. The customer service was abysmal and I can't help but wonder if my race played a role in their treatment of me.

This place its near work so this is the 3 rd time ordering on the app pay for extra avocado the first 2 times i was on the fwy and didn?t get chance to go back this third time still on the parking so ill go back and the workers no even apologize for that they didn?t say nothing Réservez une table maintenant

I have been to this restaurant several times. Overall, the customer service is great. However, the owner should show more enthusiasm and appreciation towards his employees. I love Subway.

I have never been to a restaurant that has cookies available during lunchtime, even when I was the first customer of the day. They also never offer any cheese.

Customer sevice is extremely polite. Always fresh veggies. I went earlier today around 8:40 and I loved how the girl was constantly smiling !! Réservez une table maintenant
