Subway - Réservation de table

I've eaten at this restaurant three or four times now, and once again, they didn't have any Italian bread at 6 p.m. I came in with a coupon on my phone for $17.99 for two 12-inch meals, but I ended up paying $30 for them without the trio option. The staff informed me there was nothing they could do about it.

The bathroom is easily the dirtiest I've encountered in a long time, with mold and a black ring in the toilet. Even the soap pump is unappealing! Additionally, the condiments for the sandwiches are often missing, and the staff uses inappropriate language when speaking to each other in front of customers.

Additionally, the cashier was wearing a black Subway t-shirt covered in white cat or dog hair, which was quite off-putting. I've been going to this place for seven years, at least three to four times a week, and I'm disappointed by this experience.
