they made a mistake and doubled a child's order then got rude with him then got rude with me the grandmother. and after purchasing a drink it was expired by 6 days and the cashier was arrogant and rude. when I showed her the bottle with the expiration date she said don't you check the expirations before you buy something? then don't talk to me talk to my manager. horrible customer service the food was fine the manager made good on the drink but the whole experience to celebrate something that he had accomplished was absolutely devastated by these nasty actions. we just wanted to give the neighborhood businesses some business I used to buy tons of sandwiches for the soccer team from there. un...
I will never be eating here again. My brother and I were hungry after doing some shopping and we thought we would get a quick bite to eat. As soon as we walk up to the counter my brother and I look to the back by the sink and we both see a Cockroach climbing on the wall. My brother and I informed the employee who was about to take our order and she looks at the roach and laughs and turns back to us and asks us what we would like to order. This is absolutely disgusting. The date we saw the roach is on 11/31/19 around 8pm for everyone's information.
I placed an online order for pick up at 3:15pm and received a confirmation for my order at 1:37pm. I drive to the mall where this store is located and when I get to the counter and pull up my email to pick up my order I notice a message at 3:03pm stating that my order had been canceled. The store could not give me a justification why my order was canceled. This was ridiculous. I do not recommend this store and Subway needs to get their act together.
Same experience reposting.Lady fixing my sub was rude. I asked for lots of spinach, she put about six leafs on sub. Asked her for more she huffed added a little bit more. Asked her again for more she told me they don't have enough for the day. Excuse me. Umm I'm paying for the dam sub. If I want lots of spinach it should not be a problem. If their lettuce was good I would have the lettuce. But it always looks old.

The restaurant was better before new corporate owners took over. I ordered a basic chicken sandwich with provolone cheese toasted, but the cheese tasted chewy instead of smooth. They also did not offer tap water, unlike other places. There are many other options to try like Charley's Cheesesteaks or McDonald's.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times this year and have found it consistently good in terms of sandwiches and quality. The staff is friendly and provides quick service. There is ample seating available in the food court and plenty of parking outside.
The staff were chatting amongst themselves and took nearly 5 minutes to take our order. Additionally, our food arrived cold and was not properly reheated. Overall, the service was disappointing. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
I used to get my sandwiches from this location for over 3 years in between $12-15 Now the new owner suddenly jacked up the price and does not take online coupons. The same sandwich cost me now $18-20. Very bad business.
