My boyfriend and I just left this subway restaurant. A family of three was ahead of us in line, and both workers helped them before assisting us, which was expected. The workers began taking our order, but then a young woman entered the store and caught the attention of a young man with dark hair and glasses. He left his coworker to finish our order and instead helped the young woman, making her sandwich, toasting it, adding veggies, toasting a churro, and ringing her out before returning to us. Totally and I use two coupons first time when was 12.99 plus 17.99 dollars then I bring up the second coupons , he's lied to me over the phone. He said over the phone would be charged my card credit back money , , I will tell my family won't members never eat again The kid manager is Ryan I will call corporate. Management.
The restaurant is located in the same complex as Kroger and Gamestop. It wasn't very busy when I visited on a weekday afternoon. The staff were friendly and made the sandwich exactly to my order. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely be returning soon. There is plenty of parking available. Additionally, you can use the app to place an order in advance and have it ready for pick up when you arrive.
Placed an order on Saturday 10/31/20 at about 4pm in the Subway app. Went to pick up order and they were closed. Hope to receive a refund but may have to initiate chargeback with credit card company. I don’t understand how my order was accepted if that location was closed.

Morgan was the only employee there today 10/7/2023 She was doing multiple orders at one time. She deserves a raise or promotion or some type of recognition for how hard she was working by herself in the store with multiple customers.
The sandwiches here are average, but the staff at this location is exceptional. During my last visit, the cashier and I had a pleasant conversation for about 10 minutes after I received my sandwich.
I found the food to be spoiled and was skeptical of who was actually taking my order when I entered the restaurant and saw the server sitting in a booth on their phone.
Bathroom mold growing in the toilet...worker threw cheese at the wall...no napkins on counter.
