I think this location has undergone new management or is a franchise, and not for the better. This used to be my go to Subway but now I go down the street more and a little farther to the one on Hamilton.Recently I went to this one just to give it a final shot. I ordered (2) footlongs and (1) happened to be double meat.The Double Meat Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Footlong was disappointing on so many levels. The double meet portion was great. However, the veggie portions were super disappointing. The lettuce and spinach didn't even cover the lower half of the bread. I could literally count the pieces of spinach placed on the bread which was less than 8. The lettuce wasn't even a half handful...
The service at this restaurant is quite poor. The manager in charge should be ashamed of how this location is being run. Can you believe they charge extra for lettuce? The staff was unfriendly and even argued with me when I asked for extra lettuce. When they refused and said I could only have spinach instead, they only added a few leaves to my sandwich. The whole experience was awful. On top of that, the doors were left propped open, showing a lack of care for health code violations. They should focus on training their staff better instead of worrying about extra lettuce.
I asked for a replacement avocado at the restaurant, but the server seemed to have trouble understanding me. She ended up giving me the worst avocado, insisting that it was still edible. The only saving grace was the kind old lady who assisted us, while another employee took it upon themselves to start cleaning up with a broom.
I placed my order through the app and asked for extra sauce, onions, and lettuce. When I received my order, I double-checked with the staff to confirm they had included those extras. They assured me they had, but unfortunately, my foot-long sandwich only had a small amount of onions and no sauce on half of it.

It's been years since I've had a subway sandwich. I wanted the spicy Italian, but of course things change. The ladies(3 of them) were so kind to help me figure out out!I would submit a picture of I didn't devour my sandwich already.It was wonderful, thank you.
Subway app for advance order does not work yet staff blows it off like its no big deal. Showed coupon denied discount. Lack of speaking english. Notify coorp office.
We had a pickup order and the girl inside the store worked so fast that we were in and out 10 minutes before the pickup time despite it being busy.
Excellent service from them all the time. They always stuff my sandwiches and they are so good.
