The sandwich I had was good, but the customer service was very unprofessional. Subway has a sign stating they don’t accept BOGO coupons, yet the staff offered me a coupon for free chips or cookies, which I wasn’t interested in. I wanted to use the coupon that offered any footlong for $5.99. It just doesn’t make sense to tell customers how to spend their money. The coupon I wanted would have saved me $4. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide not to return for personal orders. This was my last attempt.
This is likely the cleanest Subway I?ve ever been to and I?ve frequented quite a few of them. I bypass other nearby locations to hit this one up. I?d give 5 stars but sometimes the customer service is a little off putting. A smile and a genuine ?thank you, have a nice day? goes a long way in today?s economy and time.
They are nasty ,, customer service is nasty..the food is nasty and they don't give back refunds...I hope they close this place....and if you complain the manager is never there, let them tell it.. these franchises are horrible , especially this particular one
This is the best Subway in Clayton County! The service is quick and friendly. The health score is a perfect 100! It's so clean that you could eat off the floor! Lol. Highly recommend!

I got a little sad, because I really like subway,but I was a little upset because I saw a baby roach crawling on the glass over the food inside. This was the Subway on hwy 85
Did online pick up and said order was ready but it wasn't come on now.. that why I ordered it to pay so it to be ready not when I get there ready
This is the healthiest dining option I've found within miles. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the customer service was excellent.
I have many Subway locations that I go to but this is by far my favorite definitely if you are in this area check them out

The lady who served me was very nice. The place was very clean. You even have a hand sanitation in the store.
The Steak Sub was awesome. The Bread is always super fresh!!
