While I was there, one of the employees started screaming at another customer because they had tried to refill their drink. If there was a No Free Refills sign, I would understand, but there is not, and the reaction of the employee was very exaggerated. A simple apology, we do not allow free refills is everything necessary. That's why I won't visit this place again.
