I have been visiting Subway restaurants all over New York for more than 25 years. This is the first time I was not able to watch my sandwich being made, and I will not allow that to happen again. I was instructed to pay first, and by the time I finished, my sandwich was already prepared and did not have the dressing I had requested. I also bought a bottle of water, but the fridge was not working so all the soft drinks were warm. Despite already paying, I requested a cup for ice and was given a small urine sample cup. The owner made my order wrongly and i requested a refund bc he put onions and i cant eat onions. He then told me that i am a liar and that he checked the cameras to prove i am a liar and that i am just trying to get a free meal. I submitted pictures to subway to prove hes the liar and got my money back. He then told me if i want my order done correctly, i cant order online and need to come to the store. Joke owner
I'm just a uber deliverer. When I arrived at the store, they were still making orders. I didn't say anything, just waiting for the order to be completed. But they gave me a bad comment, saying that my attitude was not friendly. I don't know why, but I'm sure I won't deliver for this store anymore, and I will tell my friends not to deliver for them, because you will get a bad comment for no reason

The sandwich is decent, but the service can be quite terrible at times! The employees have a bad attitude when I ask for extra toppings. I started going to the Roslyn location instead, and it's much better than this place.
The restaurant is clean and has a very friendly staff. They offer dine-in service with a variety of meal options. The price per person ranges from $1 to $10. I recommend trying the Steak Fiesta and Signature Wrap dishes.
