Subway - Réservation de table

Do not trust the reviews, as many of them appear to be fake. I ordered food for delivery, but the delivery person did not bring it to my house. When I called Subway to ask for a refund, the person who answered the phone, who I believe was the manager, was extremely rude and dismissive. He refused to listen to me, kept hanging up on me, and interrupted me whenever I tried to explain my issue. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant, as the owner of this particular Subway location was consistently rude and aggressive. Unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved.

07/06/2022 roughly around 928pm, my husband, son and I arrived to place an order and was denied services. according to their store hours they closes at 10pm. the young lady behind the counter grab the bowl to start my husband salad and the asst manager came from the back and stated that they was closed and couldn't serve us. mind you the store closes at 10pm. so the asst manager was reminded and he said he would have locked the door but couldn't find he key. 07/7/2022 called to speak to the disrict manager and was told that she was not in was given an incorrect number to contact her.

This is one of the worst subway locations, I've went a few times and now we refuse to go here even though it's closest to our home. The employees are super rude besides a few. There's one main bigger guy and he always lazily puts the sandwiches together like he'd rather be doing anything else. It's also unsanitary, I've never seen them wash their hands and recently saw the one dude chew at his nails then continue to make my sandwich. He put on gloves but did not wash his hands prior to putting it together. Gross. Will never go here again.

My partner and I arrived at Subway at 9:24 pm and parked our car. According to the hours posted online and on the door, the restaurant closes at 10 pm. However, when my partner tried to open the door, the employee inside abruptly locked it, said no, turned off the lights (even though they were still on), and returned to their phone. This disappointing experience led to poor customer service, and we will not be returning to this location. Réservez une table maintenant

I used to love getting sandwiches and salad from subway,,But I have noticed lately that the meat that's being used is cut so thin that it's almost see though,,I still like that the bread is baked in store. So sometimes I have to think twice about going to Subway

Arrived at 20 till 10, the sign said they were open till 10 and the door was open with the open sign lit up which I saw from the road. They told me they were closed and to leave.

I don't understand why this Subway doesn't have chocolate milk. It's disappointing that we can only get Sprite, it feels disrespectful.

This is the worst subway in md no gloves. Bad attitude and he burns the bread if you ask for it toasted
