Ok no doubt it's popular but God are the slooooooow. So 2 very slow and obviously in experienced girls fumbling their way through a packed waiting area, while someone is out the back washing up! What the? Wouldn't you think you would have everyone in the counter for the lunch rush. Then it turns out there are 2 staff out back ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Can we speak to a manager? Oh surprise surprise there isn't one. This is why this leaderless disaster is so desperately out of control. People are giving up and walking out. We saw three people return their drinks to the fridge and walk out. We saw another guy come to the door sigh loudly, he said STILL, shook his head and walked off. If I owned this...
