I made an online purchase and picked it up, only to later find that an additional charge of $14.95 was made for Subway. Be cautious, as the online payment system may have been compromised, or possibly the staff is taking advantage by using my banking information. I would advise against making online purchases here. I tried to address the issue with the staff and reached out to management, but received no response. The customer service experience was very poor, and I will not be buying from them again or ordering food online in the future. These platforms are prime targets for hackers who can access your bank details. Now I need to report this as fraud to my bank and request a replacement car...
Avoid this Subway, there’s a Subway 2km away which is so so much better. I’ve had too many bad experiences at this place and will not be coming back. Staff are either very strict with how much salad they give you, or simply just not good at making sandwiches. I ordered a sub yesterday and the guy serving me was not friendly at all towards me despite me being polite and did not care at all for the food I had paid for. The sub was carelessly made and then was just shoved into it’s wrapping. When I got home the sub was such a mess that it was pretty much inedible. Staff are rude and the subs are not made well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I decided to skip breakfast and instead opted for a fresh and healthy brunch at Subway Burleigh. However, two hours later I started feeling unwell, and an hour after that I was stuck in the bathroom for the rest of the afternoon. The food definitely did not feel fresh, and I won't be going back.
I stopped in and ordered a 6-inch sub for my daughter at Subway. It had two pieces of turkey, two pieces of salami, a small amount of lettuce, and two slices of cheese. The total cost was over $20, which is much higher than most other shops that charge around $12. I will not be returning.

I skipped breakfast so I stopped in to Subway Burleigh for a "Fresh" healthy brunch. 2 hours later I was feeling seedy and an hour after I was on the toilet for the rest of the afternoon. Definitely not fresh. Wont be back
There are some other Subway restaurants nearby, but this one is the best. I really enjoy their Subway Melt sandwich, and I also recommend their sandwich-making skills. - Jeff
Subway is always great but when you get it with a smile it makes it so much better. Just want to thank your staff for being focused and efficient and friendly.
When I'm down the Gold Coast every now and then I like to a have a Subway , it's sort of like a treat when I'm down So far so good with these guys .
