I got in line for a basic Subway take-out, and was very surprised at how long it took three employees to manage the process. While I was there the line grew by another five (I started as number three), and if I had come in later there is no way I would have stayed even though I wasn't in a particular hurry. It seemed one of the two staff members was very new and didn't know how to make a sandwich or work the cash.
The crew working when I came in this evening was amazing. They were smiling and doing an amazing job! I've stopped by after a visit to point pelee national park and everyone is always nice and do a great job. Today the men and women were exceptional!!! The food was great and fresh and the shop is always clean. A quick sub for the road served by wonderful people! Thanks !
