Subway quality really comes down to the quality of the staff and unfortunately that 's hit and miss at this location. Sometimes I get a person that actually seems to care about their job. They make a good sandwich by spreading out the meat, cheese, vegetables, and sauces evenly. They don 't overload the sandwich and they push it down midway through. In short, they take their time to do a good job and they 're also friendly and professional.But most of the time I get a person that just slops the sandwich together as fast as humanly possible. I have to spend time 'fixing ' my sandwich after I receive it, and I usually need to throw away some food because it was overloaded. These people see cus...
It would be helpful to have an English-speaking person behind the counter. She asked me about my bread preference but then told me it wasn’t good and only offered to replace it with what she wanted. I won’t be returning. I can’t believe this place is still open. I thought it might improve after a few years, but clearly not. It’s surprising that Subway as a company hasn’t closed this location. The whole experience felt very careless, and I’m concerned about their hygiene standards.
We really enjoy this Subway! The staff is consistently friendly, and the food always tastes fresh. The prices are lower than at most Subways, which is a nice bonus. Our kids also appreciate the variety of healthy options available, especially after their evening school events. It's definitely a place they love to visit!
I stopped by after work and saw a sign that said they would be back in 5 minutes or less. I waited for ten minutes before deciding to leave. It seemed like someone could have come in to assist customers. Maybe they went to North Star for a drink instead. I won't be returning.

This is the best Subway I've ever visited! The customer service is outstanding, and the manager is incredibly efficient. The restaurant is spotless, and overall, I would rate it a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend checking out this Subway!
The restaurant is very clean, and I really like it. However, every time I visit, there's a sign saying they'll be back in five minutes. When the staff member finally returns, he has his headphones in and doesn't hear me properly.
