I have never left a negative review before but my experience was so bad, I wish to warn others. Last week I ordered lunch from Subway Market Harborough through a takeaway app. The order was confirmed by the restaurant and I was told my food...would arrive within minutes. After minutes my food still hadn’t arrived despite the app saying it had. I figured they were just running late, so I waited. After an hour and a half I was really hungry and wondering where my food was. I rang the restaurant asking if I could please have an update on my order. I spoke with two staff members who were very rude- the second starting accusing me of faking my order in a condescending voice. After proving to her that I had in-fact ordered from her branch and pre-payed, they suddenly ‘found’ it and told me it was already on the way and the delivery driver was less than minutes away from my home. I thanked the worker only to have them rudely hang up the phone without any apology. minutes later, the food still hadn’t arrived. I figured the worker had lied to me so I cancelled my order. About minutes after cancelling, to my surprise the food finally arrived over hours since my initial order- however the food was not only cold, but not what I’d ordered. This instance was the second time I’ve ordered from Subway Market Harborough. The first time (a few months ago), they cancelled my order -one hour after I’d ordered it- stating they were “too busy”. I should have known not to order from this place again. I’m astounded by the lack of customer service and was left feeling very disappointed with my experience. I would encourage anybody who is craving a Subway to visit the store in Lutterworth instead, where I’ve found the staff are polite and friendly. Whenever I have ordered from Lutterworth, my food arrives early and the order is correct.

awful place , very stingy give you a few slices of filling that taste of plastic and thats if the staff actually understand and get your order right, as most of the time they arnt even speaking English to you and you have to ask...them several times what they are saying and then give up on them and take a grim sandwich that has no flavour

Avoid this place its the second time i have had a hair in my sandwich the first time i was given a refund and never used it again for a long time and this time I thought i would give it a go again and...second time there is a hair in the salad in the sub. Feel physically sick! Never again will i ever use Subway again now.

I can't believe how awful this is. All the ingredients appear to be of the lowest possible quality processed meat and cheese. The service is surly, as if bad food weren't bad enough. Never, never again.
