I was I the brunch on Broadway waited in line, asked if I could order at the counter I was probably told to use the machines. Unfortunately I was a cash customer machines do not accept cash as a disabled man in my 50s who is dyslexic and unable to read the machines properly, so I had no breakfast no food, out of embarrassment, having to leave the store empty-handed and then going to McDonald’s a bit further up the road. I think subway needs to encourage their stuff to provide a far better customer service, not all people are able or willing to use the machines provided very unhappy customer
Just ordered from this subway absolutely disgusting was thrown together stone cold did not get anything on my wrap all the order was put in the bin I’ll never use subway again your staff are rude also was not fit for my dogs to eat very annoyed as if people have money to waste livid i have to give 1 star so I can post my review but it not by choice coz I’d give none disgusting Parking: Not very good either Service: Delivery
I frequently use this Subway location to cater for large work training events. The two women with dark hair (I believe one is the manager) are amazing. The service is excellent, they are very friendly, and the food is always fresh and well presented! I always opt for takeout, and the prices are reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
The staff is always friendly and the seating area is clean. I appreciate being able to customize my own sandwich. However, the parking area is small and it can be difficult to navigate due to other drivers' careless parking. Additionally, the carpark tends to flood when it rains. The service is quick and efficient for take-out orders. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick lunch.

Staff, great! Subway need to have more lovely staff and support their store and current staff. Very long waits. Lacking in indoor seating. Design/layout is not suitable when busy.
