Terrible service from the older lady working in subway this afternoon she not only was argumentative to her poor colleague in front of us without cause. When her colleague tried to ask if we wanted to add cookies or drinks to our order the older woman cut her off and scolded her for using the wrong name for a sandwich in front of the customer?! We did in fact want drinks but I wanted to limit exposure of aggression in front of my child so chose to just proceed to pay and not anger her further by asking for additional items.
