I did not receive the sauce for my chicken, the cheesy bread, the churro, or the footlong sandwich did not have pickles or red onions. Additionally, the food was all cold and I also asked for toasted bread, but did not receive that.

Food was cold and tasted weird compared to previous orders. Ordered the footlong cookie and it was not in the bag. Furthermore, ordered at 2pm and received at 3:30pm which is weird for a sandwich place that is usually very quick.

The delivery time constantly fluctuated and ended up becoming longer than originally stated. Even when the courier was at the restaurant, there was a 15-minute delay in sorting out the order.
