I had a disappointing experience at this location, which does not accept coupons and has poor food storage and handling practices. Although I often stop in Moody for low gas prices and occasionally grab a sub here, my last two visits have led me to write this negative review, and I wouldn't recommend this place or return myself. During my most recent visit, I was informed that in order to use the coupon, I could only order a single meat sandwich. After questioning this policy, I learned that management had instructed the staff to limit the options. I've visited this Love's Subway three times in two weeks and ordered a signature sub each time. It’s supposed to come with double cheese, but every single time, I've only received single cheese. When I mention it, they insist they're putting the right amount on, but I suspect this is how management instructs them to prepare it. When you're paying $12.49 for a sub, you expect to get what you’ve paid for.

Rude employee doesn’t seem want a customers to come in her shift, I think I’m going to pay for my order from my money not hers and she shouldn’t be rude to people specially in this store where most people come here to order food and leave not so many people dine in. But if she’s this rude I guess the management is careless about their reputation and their customers.

Terrible experience. The staff member with blue hair whispered instead of speaking clearly, which was frustrating. I was charged $7 for just two pieces of bacon, and the toppings looked unappealing. Additionally, my $12.99 coupon ended up costing me $20. The prep area was also not very clean. Réservez une table maintenant

Go here almost everynight , Tonight was a no go after the 5 of the workers was out side smoking in front of the store with gloves on then one continue to try to make my food with the same gloves . Will never be back. Walked out didn’t order

Though they were in a rush they did not help themselves. Both ladies continusly walked away from the counter, ignored customers, and kept just assuming what people were saying. I asked for mustard and instead got mayonnaise. Gross.

Do you know what a club is without bacon? Just a ham and turkey. Should have gone to Jersey Mike's in Pell City.
