Subway - Réservation de table

This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man behind the counter, with long hair, was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. As soon as I walked in, he started yelling at me, saying there were too many people in the store repeatedly. He never once asked me to wait outside until it was less crowded. This is not the first time he has been disrespectful. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs and finding somewhere else to dine.

Management consistently understaffs the store. One worker, Jory, threw away my mobile order printout during a busy time. Order was due at 5:15. It still wasn’t ready by 5:35. Jory said his coworker didn’t tell him about it. Further, he said he was busy and wasn’t going to make it. It didn’t matter that I already paid for it. He simply put the printout with my name in the trash.

Store gets three because jory made sure we were taken care of but informed us of management forcing him to serve online orders first whitch is messed up unless he's already doing the order he should be serving the people in the lobby especially to help with social distancing......get it together management

very slow, literally extremely slow. no gf brot. touches computer and phones with gloves and then comes back to the line to make sandwiches without gloves. 3 people standing behind me, and a gal is on the phone and the other gentleman is just starting to command. Réservez une table maintenant

really nerviger kerl behind the counter, which does not turn off and interrupts our order. we and the child made our sandwich unpleasant. just here for a sandwich, not her amateur comedy routine.

The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The delicious Tuesday special was a grilled chicken sandwich. I highly recommend this restaurant.

brent that works here is amazing! he made our 3 foot-long sandwiches not only super fast, but with a great setting! he made us laugh.
