This Subway location in the Orlando Kissimmee Poinciana area has been a disappointing experience for me. I often buy subs for my family and have noticed that the Rotisserie Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich has only been available twice in the last 10 weeks. Additionally, when they run out of a specific meat, they charge an extra $1.50 per sandwich for substitutions. They also frequently run out of bread and cheese options during the evenings. I've brought these concerns to the attention of the regional supervisor, Rosie, several times, but the only advice I've received is to visit a different Subway. Worst customer service ever. There was no one in the store, when I open the door there are three people behind the counter and not even one acknowledge the fact that someone has just entered and then on top of that I waited about 5 to 10 minutes still no acknowledgment. They just stood there in the back and worked on the orders that were done online. No one said “they’ll be right with me” we just stood there while they were making other people order so I just left. The fact that no one acknowledge is the issue. I don’t mind waiting because I do see that they had other pre-orders but at least let me know that you’ll be with me. Terrible customer Service
The service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. The staff always seems unwilling to assist. Each time my partner and I stop by for a simple 6-inch sandwich, there's always a problem—whether they’re out of our order, or the employees are inattentive. I recommend visiting the Subway in Kissimmee instead, where the atmosphere is friendly and they consistently have what we need. It appears that this restaurant lacks effective management; if they do have a manager, it seems to be a new one. Our server, Kimberly, left us very underwhelmed with her body language and attitude. You can find more professional and attentive service elsewhere.
Called many times to see if I could modify my doordash order (just wanted it toasted, online doesn’t give that option). No one ever answered. I’m assuming they were busy which is fine but my 2 star rating is for the poor managing skills of whoever is creating the schedules. You are clearly understaffed!

I encountered a problem while ordering on the app, but as soon as I arrived at the store, Daysha was there to assist me immediately and resolved the issue quickly. Now that's what I call excellent customer service! I'm really grateful for her help!
I attempted to call the restaurant to check if they had the item I was looking for, but I ended up calling them six times without anyone answering. That's just outrageous. They should have picked up the first time. Poor customer service.
I had the worst experience with the Subway sandwiches here. They were made very poorly and turned out soggy, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they included onions that I didn't even ask for.
