I placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time, only to find a long line of customers and just one staff member working. The employee informed me that my order had not been prepared yet, so I requested for it to be cancelled. Despite expressing my intention to file a complaint, I did not receive any response to the two emails I sent through the app. I did not receive a refund either, but I am willing to let go of the $14.00. I always receive a warm welcome at this Subway in Westville, Illinois. I appreciate being able to customize my order, such as having my bread soft and lightly toasted. My only suggestion would be to offer senior discounts. Overall, I really enjoy this Subway and its employees, particularly Vanessa. Although I cannot recall the names of the other staff members, they always make sure to invite me back.

I visited recently and was disappointed by the slow service from a woman with reddish hair. She seemed more interested in chatting than serving customers efficiently. Additionally, there weren't many toppings on my sandwich. I don't think I'll be returning to this Subway anytime soon.

i came in the other day and a female with reddish hair took my order and she was really slow. she was cussing in front of the customers in the store also. she also doesn’t put very many veggies on my sandwich. i cant say i’ll be back to this subway !! Réservez une table maintenant

I really enjoy this place! The staff is always very friendly and even remembered my order when I visited more frequently. The food quality is consistently great, I tried the sub sandwich for the first time at this place and I was not disappointed!

I don't have a problem paying for my meal, but when I request light lettuce, I don't expect a full salad. And when I ask for toasted bread, I don't want it served warm. I am frustrated with the lack of attention to detail from the staff.

This is my favorite Subway in the Danville area!! They make the best sandwiches and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming!! I will drive the extra miles to go this particular store!!
