Ended up leaving without food. The sandwich I wanted was supposed to come with SLICED avocado. I stopped the employee when I saw her putting on this weird green mashed avocado on my sandwich. I asked politely if I could have the sliced avocado and she said no. When I asked why, she told me they didn't have fresh avocados to slice. So I tried to tell her that I would want something different since I didn't feel comfortable eating something that looked like paste. She told me I couldn't get anything different because she had already started making my sandwich. So I thanked her and told her I would be getting my dinner elsewhere.
I arrived just before 6 PM, and the staff member informed us that he couldn't assist us, even though they were scheduled to close at 6:30 PM. When I inquired about the reason for this, he asked how long we would take, which was a first for me. He was very stingy with the ingredients. The avocado spread on the counter was spoiled, the soup was overly watery, and the cookies we tried were stale. I would recommend avoiding this location; it's worth heading to the Subway at the Shell gas station down the street instead.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to pick up an Uber Eats order tonight, and the guy at the counter was really rude right from the start. When I was getting my food, he even asked for my phone number. Ladies, if you go there alone, I highly recommend bringing someone with you. I felt extremely uncomfortable when I left, and I will definitely not return to this location again.
The people weren't helpful. The sandwich was not made to expectations. Order was clear about amounts of mayo and onions and it's loaded. Also, there's only 2 pieces of meat in there, it's mostly veggies and mayo. I asked for these toasted and they aren't. Gross. They aren't honoring the buy one get one half for the foot longs unless you order online. Refund?

The young girl working there stole my $150 JBL speaker when I set it down near the counter to pay and forgot it. I came back half an hour later and (I’m assuming her parents) showed me old camera footage from days prior asking if each white person that walked in was me. This place is terrible. Needless to say I didn’t get my speaker
I would strongly recommend steering clear of this Subway location. It doesn't even deserve a star. The employees are very stingy with the toppings and will charge extra for almost everything. For a foot-long sandwich, they only gave me five tiny pieces of shredded cheese. It's just not worth it.
This location is typical of how all Subway's I've eaten at over the last few years have gone downhill and why I'll never go back. Bread was not that fresh, and they skimp on the toppings. Lettuce looks like it expired a couple days earlier and yet prices keep going up.
They Turned me away at 9:35 pm with an attitude. The door was open , the woman told me they closed at 10 but she put all the food away already. It’s no wonder why subways are closing down, very poor service

Very clean and neat food displays. The employees were also very welcoming and had a great attitude.
Makes the best sandwiches and doesn't hesitate to make the order they way u love it
