I recently stopped at a Subway while shopping at Walmart because I was very hungry. Unfortunately, the bread I received was extremely stale and hard as a rock. When I asked for a few extra napkins, the staff reacted negatively and only gave me one napkin, which I found quite frustrating. Providing napkins with meals is a basic part of the service.
I also noticed that the staff, who seemed to be from India, did not seem to understand the standards expected in a U.S. restaurant. They were rude, argumentative, and hostile. After I finished eating my subway meal I needed more napkins. So I asked the subway worker to give me the napkins. But their was soap on worker's hands when he gave me the napkins. The bubbles in his hands were very visible, and the napkins were already wet when I got them.

Conveniently located inside Walmart Supercenter, makes a nice place to grab a bite on the go. The bread line has been slightly modified for the better. What used to be hearty Italian bread is now called Artisan Italian.

DON'T GO HERE. I walked in, ready to order, but there's a sign posted stating they aren't taking printed or paper coupons. I walked out; sorry for the loss of sale Subway.
I stop 10 minutes minutes before they close and guy was very rude, because was about to close, never come back to this place.
People have allergies. Please change your gloves for each new customer and sanitize the knives between customers!
